BRIEF

Create a collaboration between two unlikely brands to create something new that will excite new audiences, considering how the collaboration can help solve a current issue

PROBLEM

The UK is suffering from a loneliness epidemic 

GOAL

Bridge the gap between younger and older generations helping to reduce loneliness and revitalise the use of handwritten letters.

Loyalty Cards

Loyalty cards will be distributed to customers of the Post Office which will be stamped with every purchase of a postal stamp. A first class stamp will earn users two stamps.  Once users have received 10 stamps on their loyalty cards, the card can be traded in at either a Converse store or the post office in order to earn 25% off any online or in store Converse purchase.

Postcards

Postcards with conversation starters would be addressed to residence and be given to residents
of care homes to fill out and post into the postboxes placed in the care home, ready to be sent to the student who will then write back.  

Anyone who signs up to take part in this scheme
will receive a discount in all Converse, in store and online purchases.  This scheme also branches out to those who are not residence in a care home or halls of residence through signing up either in their local post office, in a Converse store, or online.
